  • Materials are not included and will be billed separately based on the requirements of the build.

Set Build Fee

Starting at: $500

This fee covers the labor required to construct and install a custom set within the studio. The exact price may increase depending on the size, design complexity, required labor, and installation time.

Set Occupancy Fee

$300 per day

Once the set is built, a daily occupancy fee applies for each day the set remains installed in the studio space. This ensures the reserved space remains dedicated to the set and unavailable for other productions.

Set Breakdown Fee

Starting at: $250

This fee covers the labor required to dismantle and remove the set from the studio once the production or installation period has ended.
